No sex tourism:
According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors to any tourist establishment for the purpose of prostitution or sexual abuse is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, it prohibits the entry of any person that is not previously registered during the reservation process, with the exception of guests approved by the property manager for which complete name and ID number will be requested.
No parties:
The apartment building is located in a residential neighborhood. For this reason, we do not allow social meetings that involve a high level of noise, or consumption of alcohol and/or drugs, that may disturb the neighbors.
Guests and visitors must be registered:
According to the following laws: (Dec. 2590 de 2012, ley 300 of tourist and Dec. 1067/26 Mayo de 2015), all guests and visitors must be registered with their passport or cédula. In case they are less than 18 years old, permission from their parents with a birth certificate will be required. By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior.
Not complying with the above will obligate us to call the police and apply the corresponding sanctions, including immediate eviction from the property.
