A copy of your passport is required at your check-in time, and a signed contract.
– No sex tourism:
According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors to any tourist establishment for the purpose of prostitution or sexual abuse is strictly prohibited.
The guest must register all his visitors at the front desk with their cédula or passport. In case is less than 18 years old, the permission from their parents with birth certificate. By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior. Visitors are welcome between 10am to 3am. They can not use the communal areas like pool or gym. (SEE BELOW FOR VISITORS MEASURES DURING COVID)
NOTE TO POSSIBLE GUESTS AFTER MARCH 2020: keep in mind before booking that during the sanitary emergency because of COVID-19 the building isn’t allowing any visitors, and the gym is currently closed under the Government demand. Also, the pool protocol has changed:
There will be 3 shifts during the day to use the pool located on the 38th floor and that has a maximum capacity of 16 people that can be in the pool area for 2 hours tops. Inside the pool the maximum amount of people permitted is 8 people.
Shift 1: 9:30am – 12:00m
Shift 2: 1:30pm – 4:00pm
Shift 3: 4:30pm – 6:45pm
To maintain the physical distancing, chairs and tables will be strategically placed.
Before entering the pool area, the lifeguard will take your temperature that has to be under 37.5ºC.
If you want to use the pool, you must reserve with at least 1 day in advance letting us know the time and number and people that will use it.

– No parties:
The apartment building is located in a residential neighborhood. For this reason, we do not allow social meetings that involve a high level of noise, or consumption of alcohol and/or drugs that may disturb the neighbors.
– Guests can use the pool. It is for free.
– The gym cost 20.000 COP/hour. (CLOSED DURING COVID)
Not complying with the above will obligate us to call the police and apply the corresponding sanctions, including immediate eviction from the property.
