Additional rules
It’s required to send in advance passport photo with entry stamp and/or Colombian cedula of all guest staying in the unit. This for our registrations and to be allowed to enter the building Blux.
No sex tourism:
According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors to any tourist establishment for the purpose of prostitution or sexual abuse is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, we prohibit the entry of any person that is not previously registered during the reservation process, with the exception of guests approved by the property manager for which complete name and ID number will be requested.
-For this apt only 2 visitors are allowed inside the apt at the same time, i.e. not exceeding the maximum capacity of 4 guests + 2 visitors inside the unit.
The guest must register all his visitors at the front desk with their cédula or passport.
By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior, which will be subject to these terms and conditions, coexistence manual and the regulation of horizontal property.
No parties:
The apartment building is located in a residential neighborhood. For this reason, we do not allow social meetings that involve a high level of noise, or consumption of alcohol and/or drugs that may disturb the neighbors.
The building common areas must remain free of cigarette.
Not complying with the above will obligate us to call the police and apply the corresponding sanctions, including immediate eviction from the property.

De acuerdo con la Ley 679 de 2001, está estrictamente prohibido el ingreso de menores de edad a cualquier establecimiento turístico con fines de prostitución o abuso sexual. Además, el edificio prohíbe el ingreso de cualquier persona que no esté previamente registrada durante el proceso de reserva, con excepción de los huéspedes aprobados por el administrador de la propiedad para los cuales se solicitará nombre completo y número de identificación.-No están permitidas las fiestas:
El apartamento está situado en un edificio residencial. Por esta razón, no permitimos reuniones sociales que impliquen un alto nivel de ruido, o consumo de alcohol y/o drogas, que puedan molestar a los vecinos.-Los invitados y visitantes deben estar registrados:
De acuerdo con las siguientes leyes: (Dec. 2590 de 2012, ley 300 de turismo y Dec. 1067/26 Mayo de 2015), todos los huéspedes y visitantes deben estar registrados con su pasaporte o cédula colombiana. En caso de que sean menores de 18 años, se requerirá el permiso de sus padres con el registro de nacimiento. Al autorizar el ingreso de visitantes, el huésped se hace responsable de su comportamiento.El no cumplimiento de lo anterior nos obligará a llamar a la policía y aplicar las sanciones correspondientes, incluyendo el desalojo inmediato de la propiedad.
